1. I have not received password/activation link on my email?
Dear user the account activation process involves following steps.
a. User requests for an account by filling in all the details on form opened by link create new account.
b. Team at CHQ verifies each account request by checkings the provided detail from records.
b.1. The account of the user with all correct details are approved, which sends an account activation link to registered email id. This link is valid to be used for 1 week from day of activation.
b.2. The account requests of such users, who have not provided all details or have provided incorrect details are deemed to be spam. Such accounts are cancelled.
2. How will I know whether my account is cancelled/activation pending/active but mail not received?
Use Request New Password tab, and submit registered email id/user id (any one).
c. If account is active a new password activation link will be sent to your email.
d. If account is Pending/Cancelled instant message will display unrecognized email id/user id. In such case re file a request for account and provide all correct details.
Note- If on re-filling the create new account form, message displayed says "already registered", then your account is pending for activation. Place a reminder for administrator using link Contact Us.
